Abstract
The topic of the link between superior thinking and intellectual maturity represents the strong link between (intellectual values) represented by intellectual maturity and (behavioral values) represented by superior thinking. A person goes through successive stages of development, and he does not reach the stage of mental maturity until he passes through many experiences, so he becomes a fetus, then a child, then a young person, then an old man. The human being is sensory, psychological and mental, and that transformation and transition also have its stages, and that these stages for the mind are not necessarily related to the stages of human life
