Abstract
Despite wars, adventures, and security, economic and political instability, natural resources are abundant, and factors of strategic, historical, cultural and civilizational geographical location give Iraq enormous potential for growth and economic development. The three wars destroyed the infrastructure represented by energy sources, roads, transportation and the destruction of the productive and service sectors. These reasons prompted the Iraqi economy to follow a policy of economic openness to achieve economic growth and attract foreign investment, i.e. the open door policy of openness and foreigners achieving levels of openness and openness. The Three Wars and the socialist approach followed by the previous regime to reach an acceptable level of economic well-being by increasing job opportunities and reducing unemployment and poverty.
