Abstract
The target of the research was:
1- The effect of using indirect mental training accompanied by simultaneous (final) feedback according to random practice schedule in learning technical performance on the effectiveness of discus throwing for second stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
2- Detecting the difference between the post-test and the difference between the two research groups (experimental and control) in learning artistic performance in the effectiveness of discus throwing.
Researchers hypothesize:
1- There are significant differences in technical performance in the effectiveness of discus throwing in the research sample.
2- There are significant differences in technical performance in the effectiveness of discus throwing for in the research sample.
The researchers used the experimental method, and the research, and the selection of the research community was intentionally from students of the second phase of the College of Education and Sports Sciences / Kirkuk University for the academic year 2021/2022. and it consisted of four groups, numbering 160 students by the random method (finally), which is (A, B), the number is (80) students, divided into two experimental and control groups according to their people. The rest of the sample members, so the number of the Berkel sample group became (28) students, and a percentage of (35%) of the second phase students, and the researchers used statistical methods through (SPSS statistical bag) to extract the data.
The researchers concluded:
1- The effect of using mental training accompanied by simultaneous feedback (final) according to the random practice schedule, which was implemented by the experimental group, positively in learning the technical performance and the effectiveness of discus throw.
2- The impact of the curriculum of the control group on the learning of the technical performance of the effectiveness of discus throwing.
3- The experimental group that used the educational curriculum outperformed the control group.
The researchers recommended the following:
1- The use of mental training accompanied by simultaneous feedback (final) in learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of discus throw for second year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
2- Re-conducting the experiment of this study on students of the second academic year in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences to verify its results and the possibility of generalizing the curriculum.
