Abstract
Maxex training is considered the most important training method that effectively contributes to the development of players' (explosive) abilities due to its direct effects on the nervous and muscular systems. Since the explosive ability is the basis for some skills that the player performs during the competition (goal kick and header), the researchers develop this ability with a new training method that has a positive impact on this ability. The more the team players have these physical skills, the more positive effect it has on improving the team level. Therefore, coaches need to pay attention to the physical abilities and skills of soccer players. Therefore, the aim of this study is to prepare Maxex training and to determine the effects of this training on the development of explosive skills and some offensive skills in young soccer players. The researchers used the experimental method, designing a group with two tests, before and after the training, to match the nature of the problem. The study concluded that Maxex training contributes to the development of explosive skills and some offensive skills in soccer players. The study recommends that when training soccer players, coaches should make sure to conduct Maxex training according to scientific training methods.
