The research objectives were:
1- Building a scale of the innovative capabilities of physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate.
2- Building a scale of psychological and social factors for physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate.
3- Identifying the relationship between the innovative abilities and the psychological and social factors of physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate.
Research Methodology: The researchers used the descriptive approach in the way of correlational relations because it is concerned with revealing the relationship between two or more variables. The research community and its sample: The research community consisted of (238) teachers of physical education in secondary schools in Salah El-Din Governorate for the academic year (2021-2022), where the research sample was chosen in a deliberate manner, with (238) teachers representing (100%) of the total research community. The construction sample included (166) teachers of physical education teachers in Salah al-Din governorate, and they were chosen by the simple random method (the lottery) with a percentage of (70%) of the total research community, and the application sample included (72) teachers of physical education teachers in Salah governorate (30.25%) a percentage of the total research community. The means for collecting information, which the researchers used, were: Arabic sources, the questionnaire form, innovative abilities and legal knowledge, as well as a personal interview with specialists and experts. The researchers used the exploratory experiment to find out the obstacles that the researchers might face. Then the main experiment, which was started on 5-25 /2/2021 was conducted on the research sample, as the two scales were applied to the research sample. The statistical methods used by the researchers are: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, alpha-Cronbach equation to calculate the reliability coefficient of the resolution and the hypothetical mean law. The statistical package (SPSS) was used for some treatments.
The conclusions of the research were:
1- The effectiveness of the innovative capabilities scale that the researcher built through the scientific procedures followed in its construction.
2 - The effectiveness of the scale of psychological and social factors that the researcher built through the scientific procedures followed in its construction.
3- Significant differences appeared between the arithmetic circles for the measure of innovative abilities and psychological and social factors.
The researcher recommends the following:
1- Adopting the scales prepared in this study as an indicator to identify the innovative abilities and psychological and social factors of physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate.
2- Focusing on some aspects of the study that did not show significant differences such as (originality, fluency).
3- Conducting a similar study on physical education female teachers.
4- Using the scales prepared by the researcher and linking them to other variables by other researchers and for other samples.
